我们将分成两次性来收取款项已确保不会多收取任何代付款项。We will separate into 2 times to collect payment to make sure will not excess receipt you payment.
The 1st payment (a + b +c);
- a = 80% of total cost of goods
- b = internal shipping fee [for the internal shipping fees please refer the seller store mark]
- c = 20% of our services fee
The 2nd payment (a + b + c);
- a = 20% of total cost of goods
- b = International shipping fee + Singapore postage fee
- c = 20% of our services fee
请注意：如果不幸到商品短缺卖家退款，退款金额将从运费中抵扣，多余的部份也会退还给您所付的相对金额。商品的价格将包含商品本身价格，该国的运费和送抵新加坡的运费Please note, if you order goods are out of stock, the refund payment will be deduct from international shipping fee. For the excess part will refund for you in SGD equal of the amount excess.

** Customer must provide us with a snapshot of the transaction receipt for verification purpose once we cannot verify you ATM transfer. So, please remember keep you ATM transfer receipt before we send the payment verification email
- MayBank Internet Transfer [ Malaysia Only]
- Credit Card/Debit Card payment via Paypal
** An additional Paypal service charge of 4% will be charged on top of the total purchase amount

Paypal is a very safe and reliable method to pay for goods and services on-line because it allows hiding your personal credit card information from the vendors you purchase from. Frequently asked questions about Paypal payment
- I want to make payment by Credit card but don't want to register paypal account, is that OK?
Yes, sure, it's OK. You can just choose to pay by Paypal, then click "pay" button and there will be a webpage for you to enter your credit card information. If anybody used Paypal in your computer before, you need to clean all the cache of your browser, then can pay by Credit card successfully. Here's a guideline on how to operate it: GO
- I have credit balance from my previous order, but how can I use it in my new order?
When pay your order, there will be an option you can choose to use your balance.
- Why is there only US price in your website? I'm not from USA how can I pay you US dollars?
US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.
So if your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal. For Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.
- Why the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?
Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank charging you in the process. That's because, if the bank in which you make payment has no business relationship with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then sends to our bank. If that happens, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay.
